Pompano Grill is a chef-driven coastal steakhouse where prime steaks, fresh seafood, and house-made pastas take center stage. Often called a hidden gem, we’re known for thoughtfully sourced ingredients, bold flavors, and beautifully composed dishes.

Led by Executive Chef Ricardo Molinari, our menu reflects a passion for craftsmanship and creativity — from Mishima Reserve American Wagyu and market-fresh seafood to inspired nightly features that highlight seasonal influences and coastal flavors.

Our beer and wine program is carefully curated by owner and wine director Jackie Sampson, with each selection chosen to complement the menu and enhance the dining experience. While our atmosphere remains warm and welcoming, the cuisine is refined, intentional, and memorable.

Reservations are welcomed and encouraged at Pompano Grill. For parties of 5 or more, please call the restaurant for reservations as Open Table is only for 4 or less. A credit card will be required for large parties, special events, Valentine’s Day and New Year’s Eve. No deposit will be captured, however, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50.00 on any changes to the reservation, such as less than 24hrs notice of cancellation, a no-show, or arriving with less than the confirmed guest count on all parties of 8 or more. Groups of 12 or more are considered large party reservations and will be require booking through our email at info@pompanogrill.com  

All changes require at least 24 hours prior notice

Parties of 6 or more are subject to a 20% gratuity

We do not offer takeout, and here’s why: our dishes are crafted to be enjoyed fresh - right off the line, at the perfect temperature, with the presentation and care they deserve. The textures, flavors, and overall experience simply don’t travel well, and we never want to compromise the quality you’ve come to expect from us.

Since 1999, Pompano Grill has been known in the Cocoa Beach area for serving exceptional seafood, sourced as locally as possible and carefully selected for peak flavor. From pristine fish to sweet scallops, shrimp, and lobster, our offerings highlight the best of the ocean. Our fish selections change frequently based on what’s fresh and available, so guests can always expect a rotating variety of outstanding choices.

Steaks

Not in the mood for seafood or pasta? No problem. Our Mishima Reserve American Wagyu steaks are a standout on the menu. Exceptionally marbled, tender, and full of rich flavor, these premium steaks are carefully prepared to highlight the quality of the beef. Our 8-oz filet is a guest favorite—perfectly cooked and incredibly tender, delivering the luxurious flavor that Mishima Reserve Wagyu is known for.

Escargot

One of our most popular starters, this dish features tender escargot in our rich, signature brandy cream sauce with leeks, grape tomatoes, and capers. It’s the kind of sauce guests can’t resist soaking up with the last piece of bread. Even if escargot hasn’t been a favorite in the past, we invite you to try it our way—many guests say it completely changes their mind.

 

Chef Ricardo’s Fish Creations

Dishes like Macadamia-Crusted Triple Tail with Coconut Rice, Coconut Curry Sauce, and Tropical Salsa are just a glimpse of what Chef Ricardo creates with the day’s freshest catch.

Our seafood features change frequently—often nightly—based on the season, local availability, and the chef’s inspiration. While the exact preparation may vary, you can always expect thoughtfully composed dishes, vibrant flavors, and some of the freshest seafood on the Space Coast.

 

Deep Fried Brie

Perfect for sharing with the table, our deep fried brie is a guest favorite. Creamy, melted brie is lightly crisped and finished with a sweet and savory topping that perfectly complements its rich, buttery flavor. It’s the kind of appetizer that disappears quickly and keeps guests coming back for more.

Creme Brûlée

Perfectly balanced—rich and creamy with just the right touch of sweetness—this classic dessert is finished with a delicate caramelized sugar crust that gives way to a smooth, silky custard. It pairs beautifully with a dessert wine or espresso. Many of our guests say it’s the best crème brûlée they’ve ever had—but we’ll let you be the judge.

Our Story…

Pompano Grill has been a part of the Cocoa Beach dining scene since 1999, evolving over the years into a chef-driven Coastal Steakhouse & Prime Seafood destination known for exceptional ingredients and thoughtful hospitality.

Since taking the helm in 2014, owner Jackie Sampson has guided Pompano Grill into its current chapter — one defined by prime steaks, fresh coastal seafood, and a carefully curated wine program. Alongside Executive Chef Ricardo Molinari, the focus remains on creativity, quality, and an elevated dining experience that feels both refined and welcoming.

That commitment to craftsmanship has earned national recognition, including a James Beard Award for Jackie’s Psychedelic Phish Burger, named one of the best mushroom-based burgers in the country among thousands of entries.

Today, Pompano Grill continues to build on its legacy while looking forward — offering a dining experience rooted in passion, flavor, and genuine hospitality. We look forward to welcoming you.
