A Star is born

The Inspiration for our Burger came from the heart and soul of our restaurant. Pompano Grill has been in Cocoa Beach for 20 years, and we are well known for our fresh, mostly local caught fish, our eclectic menu of Global comfort foods, as well as the Owner pastry chef hailing from Dundee, Scotland.

We decided that we wanted to do a fish burger, blending local caught fish, Scottish salmon and of course, one of our favorite ingredients, mushrooms! We also have a signature dish of a Wasabi Crusted Ahi Tuna, and we wanted to incorporate components of that dish as well. The Psychedelic Phish burger was born! It has been a huge hit with our Diners and will remain as a special on our menu!

A blend of Scottish Salmon & roasted cremini mushrooms, hoisin sauce, ginger, and garlic, coated in a tuxedo sesame and panko crust, topped with sweet soy mayo, pickled shiitake mushrooms, cucumber, arugula on a porcini mushroom dusted brioche bun served with fresh wonton chips
